Welcome to Navigating Care with Joyful Energy, LLC. We provide dementia navigation services, including education, care planning, and support for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Scope of Services

Navigating Care with Joyful Energy, LLC provides non-medical dementia navigation services, including but not limited to:

  • Dementia education and coaching
  • Care planning and resource navigation
  • Family and caregiver support
  • Assistance in understanding care options

We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Any recommendations or referrals are for informational purposes only.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding their situation.
  • Understand that our services are not a substitute for medical or legal advice.
  • Make their own decisions regarding care options based on provided guidance.
  1. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All personal information shared with Navigating Care with Joyful Energy, LLC will be kept confidential and used solely for service provision. Information will only be shared with third parties upon client consent or as required by law.

  1. Fees and Payment
  • Fees for services will be discussed and agreed upon before services begin.
  • Payment is due as specified in the service agreement.
  • Cancellations require a 24-hour notice to avoid cancellation fees.  A fee of $75.00 will be billed for appointments in which a cancellation notification is not received within the allotted 24-hour period.  
  1. Limitation of Liability

Navigating Care with Joyful Energy, LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Clients acknowledge that they are responsible for their own care decisions.

  1. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on the services already rendered.

  1. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of South Carolina.

  1. Changes to Terms

Navigating Care with Joyful Energy, LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

SMS Terms and Conditions
